What happens to eWallets after the Fair?
Unused eWallet funds will convert to an eGift Card balance, which can be found in the account holder’s My Scholastic Account. https://account.scholastic.com/my-scholastic/profile/ewallet.html
>Use the balance to fund a new eWallet for a future Book Fair.
Contribute any portion to the school library’s Share the Fair account. Families will receive a monthly email reminder with their remaining balance, so they don’t forget to spend their funds.

Here is Tuesday's update on our Book Fair Goal.
Please help our school library meet our goal by setting up an eWallet for your student to shop, shopping online, or you can come shop on Thursday night @5:30-7pm. Bring your family and friends to shop!

We are privileged to recognize Mrs. Hubert as a CTE teacher that teaches Junior High and High School students with the much needed knowledge of Money Matters and Financial Math. Thank you for helping equip our students for life outside of school!

Continuing our recognition for CTE Month, we are proud to recognize Mrs. Jimenez. She teaches our middle school Career Exploration class. Students are very fortunate to have such a caring teacher that has high expectations which leads to great student achievement.

Students, make sure to charge your chrome books, be at school on time, and do your best! No personal laptops may be used.

As we continue to recognize our CTE teachers, we would like to thank Mrs. Nisa Pena for all that she has done with our students to make sure that they have fun and engaging experiences in and out of school. She continually provides hands-on opportunities for our students that helps solidify the knowledge that they are being presented.

The Lady Seahawks Softball Game originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th, will now be scheduled for Monday, February 24th, at 5:30pm in Riviera against Agua Dulce's Lady Longhorns. Support your Lady Seahawks by catching the action!

Congrats goes out to our very own Sef Gutierrez for earning a share of the 2A/3A Pitcher of the Week presented by South Texas High School Baseball. Gutierrez went 2-0 on 7 IP and 15 Ks on the week. Congratulations, Sef!

Nanny Elementary's weekly Library Golden Token winners. This week's winners are: Grant Russek, Eliana Gonzalez, and JW Abrigo. Students are able to choose a free book from the Library Book Vending Machine. With our cold weather, it's a great time to enjoy a good book.



Riviera ISD would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for our outstanding transportation team. They have consistently gone above and beyond this year, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students as they travel to and from the district for various activities.
We would also like to recognize Ms. Bitsy Hubert, who, while not pictured here, plays a vital role in assisting during our busy spring seasons.

February is CTE Month!
We are very lucky to have such amazing educators within our CTE departments. We would like to recognize the hard work of this special team throughout the month.
We are privileged to recognize Mr. Arredondo. He offers many CTE experiences through trips and dual credit classes such as our Law Enforcement Level 1 Certifications. We also have to boast on his creation of the FratCast this year within his Media Production Class. KECHS is very fortunate to have such an ambitious individual that puts forth so much effort in creating opportunities for our students.

We are excited that our Fall Book Fair brought in enough sales for the library to once again be able to give $5 to each student at Nanny Elementary and De La Paz Middle School to spend at this upcoming Book Fair.
We wanted to recognize 4 of our High School students who have checked out the most books from our library this school year. $10 was awarded to Ville Garcia, Alyssa Bursiel, Jaden Soto, and Cate Cruz to spend at the Book Fair.
