COME JOIN US! Calling all parents, students, community members, faculty, and staff to come together and have a great time with the Department of Support Services on April 9, 2026, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the RISD School Cafeteria. At the Seahawk Family Fun NIGHT, we will have The Month of the Military Child presentation, a brief educational presentation from Grand Canyon University, FREE Prize Bingo/Games, and a Silent Auction to raise funds for future events.
April is the Month of the Military Child. Military-Connected Students build resilience, adaptability, and strength, but they may also require additional school and community support. So, let’s show our support and help honor our Military-Connected Children at this event. This is FREE fun for ALL, with door prizes and free snacks while supplies last.

The Seahawk Band earned straight ones at the UIL Concert and Sight Reading Evaluation held at Premont HS. Those two first divisions and the one earned at UIL Marching Contest earned the band the very highly coveted Sweepstakes Trophy.
