Keeping it local at the Seahawk Café!
During lunch, local producer, Mighty Lil’ Microgreens educated students on the big health benefits of these tiny plants, and students tried samples of broccoli, radish, and cantaloupe microgreens. These greens are grown right here in Riviera and will be part of our new salad bar.
