On Monday, April 29th, our PreK class had their first ever Texas Wax Museum. We have been learning about Texas History all month long and closed out the unit with a living wax museum. Our PreK students and parents went above and beyond with this project and we could not be any more proud of them. We are filled with joy seeing how much they have all learned this year. We want to give a big THANK YOU to all our special visitors that came through and saw all our PreK student’s hard work on display!

Riviera students toured the Kiewit Offshore Services yard in Ingleside to gain further insight on what it will be like to work in the construction industry. Students learned about the 17 different trades that are employed by Kiewit in Ingleside and some employment/education opportunities available to them after graduating high school. This was a great opportunity for our students to meet with industry professionals to better understand the realistic expectations of the industry.

Military Connected Students were honored for month of the Military Child in April at Riviera ISD on Monday, April 14th at 1:30PM. The students were given a military lanyard with a pin and some sweet treats. We are proud Military Families choose Riviera ISD as their school of choice.
